  3. Shipping Informantion

    Free UPS Ground Shipping
    UPS Ground shipping is free for all orders over $50.00 being shipped to an address in the continental (lower 48 states) United States. UPS Ground Shipping usually take 1-6 days to reach its destination. Hawaii, APO, and International orders cannot be shipped via UPS ground and will be giving other shipping options upon checkout. Below is a map of UPS time and transit. 48 Continental U.S. Shipping Coverage

    UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator.

    Ground Shipping for orders under $50.00
    We use a flat fee shipping charge of $8.95 for all order under $50.00 that are being shipped to an address in the continental (lower 48 states).

    Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day Shipping
    Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day Expedited shipping is available through UPS to any address within the United States. These shipping charges will be calculated before checkout and you will be giving the option of selecting one of these options.

    Canada and ALL international Orders
    All orders being shipped internationally will be shipped US Postal service via Express Mail. Expected delivery time will be 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed, we are not responsible for delays in customs. All shipping charges will calculated and billed at the time the order is placed. We ship via US Postal service Express for international orders for a couple reasons. The Us Postal service handles customs better then UPS, the Express service is normally 3-5 shipping, and the shipping costs are normally much less then other shipping methods.

  5. Product Return Information.

    Rotorsandpads.com Return Policy

    • Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 10 days of receipt of order.
    • All requests for returns must be completed via our Return Request Form (Link Below).
    • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • All returns must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition to be considered for a return.
    • We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that is damaged during the installation process.
    • Any return that is requested for reasons other then an error on our part will be charged freight both ways and YOU are responsible for returning the merchandise in the same condition it was sent in.
    • Credit will be issued once the product is returned, inspected , and ok'd by our returns department.
    • Defects must be reported with in 10 days and we will make arrangements for replacement product and return of defective product.

  6. Ordering Information.

    Order Confirmation
    You will receive an order confirmation once you complete all of the checkout steps. You will also recieve an e-mail confirmation with your order details as long as you provided a valid e-mail address.

    Order Status
    You will receive an order status e-mail update once your order ships. You can also log into your account using your e-mail address and pass word to check the status of your order.

    My account features
    You will be e-mailed an account password that you can use to login into your account with. After you login into your account you can change your password, check the status of your orders, change billing and shipping address's, and place orders from previous orders.

    Payment Options
    We accept American Express,Discover,Mastercard,Visa, and Payal. We accept electronic checks only through Paypal.

    Normal order delivery time
    Most ordered ship within 24 hours and would be delivered in 2-6 business days via UPS unless otherwise specified. Sp Performance brake rotors will take an additional 2-3 business days before they are shipped out.
