Return Policy

Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 10 days of receipt of order.
All requests for returns must be completed via our Return Request Form.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition to be considered for a return.
We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that is damaged during the installation process.
Any return that is requested for reasons other then an error on our part will be charged freight both ways and YOU are responsible for returning the merchandise in the same condition it was sent in.
Credit will be issued once the product is returned, inspected , and ok'd by our returns department.
Defects must be reported with in 10 days and we will make arrangements for replacement product and return of defective product.
